BOSTON, Feb. 22, 2019/PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Blackbird Technologies settles with ETi Solid State Lighting Inc.
Blackbird Technologies filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware (15-cv-00057), concerning technology relating to LED retrofit bulbs for fluorescent lighting fixtures. This technology is used extensively in LED bulbs used to replace fluorescent tubes ubiquitous in commercial property. The patent at issue is United States Patent No. 7,086,747. Last week, Blackbird Technologies settled with ETi Solid State Lighting Inc.
